Kaffa, the birthplace of coffee, is known for its rich biodiversity and heirloom Arabica varieties. Grown under forest canopy at elevations between 1,400–2,100 meters, Kaffa beans are deeply aromatic with bold earthy and wine-like flavors.

- Processing: Primarily Natural with increasing Washed options
