These varieties are grown at higher elevations and undergo natural drying processes, resulting in fruity, complex flavor notes highly sought after by specialty roasters.
Samples will be available for buyers starting August 2025. Our team has worked closely with local farmers to ensure these new varieties meet the highest quality standards while maintaining sustainable farming practices.
The Bench Maji variety offers a bright acidity with notes of citrus and floral tones, while the Guji variety presents a more complex profile with berry notes and a wine-like finish.
