Farmer Training Program

We recently launched a new training program for over 1,000 smallholder coffee farmers, covering organic methods, post-harvest processing, and quality control.

The initiative empowers farmers through hands-on demonstrations and resource access, ensuring higher-quality yields and sustainable practices. This training is part of our ongoing commitment to farmer livelihoods and supply chain excellence.

Program Highlights

  • Organic farming techniques and natural pest control methods
  • Optimal harvest timing and selective picking practices
  • Post-harvest processing including washing and drying methods
  • Quality grading and sorting for maximum market value
  • Sustainable farm management and soil conservation

The program includes both classroom instruction and field demonstrations, allowing farmers to immediately apply what they've learned. We've partnered with agricultural experts from local universities to ensure the training is both scientifically sound and practically applicable.
